Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add ice cubes to the blender jar.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste for acidity and add more honey if a sweeter profile is desired.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
