Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large low -carb tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup mayonnais e

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken. Cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each low-carb tortilla.
  6. Layer fresh spinach onto the tortillas, then divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among them.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps and serve immediately.
