Low Carb Egglife Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Egglife Original Egg White Wraps
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sugar -free marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 large eg g
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sal t
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain fat.
  3. Stir marinara sauce into beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan, and spices in a bowl.
  5. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Layer Egglife wraps to cover the base, cutting to fit as needed.
  7. Spread half the ricotta mixture, then meat sauce, then mozzarella.
  8. Add another layer of Egglife wraps and repeat ricotta and sauce layers.
  9. Top with final wraps, remaining sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbling.
  11. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
