Mango Puree For Babies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 tablespoon water , breast milk, or formula (optional for thinning)

Method
 

  1. Wash the mango thoroughly and peel the skin using a vegetable peeler or knife.
  2. Slice the mango flesh away from the large central pit and cut into small cubes.
  3. Place the mango cubes into a blender or food processor.
  4. Pulse and blend until the mixture reaches a completely smooth consistency with no lumps.
  5. Add a small amount of liquid if a thinner consistency is required for younger babies.
  6. Serve immediately or store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
