Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old -fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mil k
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly or secure the lid and shake until well combined.
  3. Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator, stir once, and top with the mixed berries before serving.
