- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly or secure the lid and shake until well combined.
- Seal the container and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator, stir once, and top with the mixed berries before serving.
