Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen peach slices, Greek yogurt, orange juice, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract into the container of a high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid firmly on the blender container.
  3. Begin blending on the lowest speed setting, then gradually increase to the highest speed.
  4. Process for 45 to 60 seconds or until the mixture achieves a completely smooth and uniform consistency.
  5. Turn off the blender and pour the smoothie into chilled glasses for immediate consumption.
