Perfect Acai Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g frozen unsweetened acai puree packet
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 cup granol a
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar

Method
 

  1. Run the frozen acai packet under warm water for 5 seconds to slightly soften.
  2. Break the acai packet into pieces and place in a high-speed blender.
  3. Add frozen blueberries, half of the frozen banana, almond milk, and almond butter.
  4. Blend on high speed using a tamper to push ingredients down until a thick, sorbet-like consistency is achieved.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a chilled bowl.
  6. Top with the remaining banana slices, fresh strawberries, granola, and chia seeds.
  7. Drizzle with honey or agave nectar and serve immediately.
