Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 0.5 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon hone y

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and coconut water into a high-speed blender carafe.
  2. Add the grated ginger, protein powder, ground turmeric, and honey.
  3. Secure the lid and process on the highest speed setting for 60 seconds until the mixture is fully emulsified and smooth.
  4. Check consistency and add additional coconut water if a thinner texture is desired.
  5. Transfer to a chilled glass and serve immediately to maintain optimal nutrient density.
