Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender container first to ensure smooth blending.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Stop the blender and check consistency; add more liquid if a thinner smoothie is desired.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
