Ingredients
  

  • 500 g dry curd cottage cheese
  • 2 large egg s
  • 4 tablespoons all -purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sal t
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork until relatively smooth.
  2. Add eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and salt; mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in the flour until a thick dough forms.
  4. Shape the mixture into 8 to 10 equal-sized patties, approximately 2 centimeters thick.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place patties in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and firm.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.
