Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 4 oz wate r
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Method
 

  1. In a small mixing bowl or pitcher, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and 1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Using a handheld milk frother, aerate the mixture for 30-45 seconds until it forms a thick, stable cold foam.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Combine the cold brew coffee, water, and vanilla syrup in the glass, stirring well.
  5. Gently pour the pumpkin cream foam over the back of a spoon onto the top of the coffee to create a layered effect.
  6. Garnish the surface of the foam with the remaining pumpkin pie spice.
