Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a rimmed baking sheet inside.
  2. Place frozen broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss until thoroughly coated.
  4. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and spread the broccoli in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through the cooking time, until the edges are caramelized and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.
