Ingredients

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 lemon , sliced into rounds

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a standard 18x13-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the trimmed green beans onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss with half of the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets on the same sheet pan, spacing them evenly between the green beans.
  5. Brush the salmon fillets with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with the remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the dried dill.
  6. Place 1-2 lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
  7. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the green beans are tender-crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
