Salted Caramel Protein Shake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop (30g) caramel or vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (115g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar -free caramel syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Pour the almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender base to ensure smooth movement of the blades.
  2. Add the protein powder, sugar-free caramel syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes last to prevent them from clumping at the bottom.
  4. Secure the blender lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
