Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (4% milk fat recommended)
  • 1/2 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 small avocado , sliced

Method
 

  1. Scoop the cottage cheese into the center of a shallow serving bowl.
  2. Arrange the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado on top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the vegetables and cheese.
  4. Garnish the bowl with fresh chives, everything bagel seasoning, and cracked black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately while chilled.
