Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 3 ounces Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce Unsweetened Coconut Water
  • 0.5 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia or Monk Fruit sweetener (optional)
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 Fresh Pineapple Wedge for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the crushed ice to the blender vessel.
  3. Blend on high speed for approximately 20-30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and reaches a slushy consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  5. Apply the pineapple wedge to the rim of the glass as a garnish and serve immediately.
