Method
- Place the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener into a high-speed blender.
- Add the crushed ice to the blender vessel.
- Blend on high speed for approximately 20-30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and reaches a slushy consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Apply the pineapple wedge to the rim of the glass as a garnish and serve immediately.
