Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g dried egg noodles
  • 300 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic , minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hone y
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken slices to the pan and sauté until golden brown and fully cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat to medium and add minced garlic and chili flakes, stirring for 60 seconds until aromatic.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and the prepared sauce mixture to the wok.
  7. Toss the ingredients vigorously for 2 minutes until the sauce reduces and creates a sticky glaze over the noodles.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
