Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats, finely blended
  • 60 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 0.5 cup freeze -dried strawberries, crushed into small pieces
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tbsp hone y
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Method
 

  1. Pulse the rolled oats in a blender or food processor until a fine flour-like consistency is achieved.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Incorporate the softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture using a spatula.
  4. Add the almond milk gradually if the dough is too crumbly; the final texture should be pliable and hold its shape when pressed.
  5. Divide and roll the dough into 12 equal-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm the texture before serving.
