  • 1 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts or chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Spoon the cottage cheese into a medium-sized serving bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  2. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly across the top of the cottage cheese.
  3. Drizzle the honey or maple syrup over the strawberries and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the sliced almonds and hemp hearts over the bowl to add texture.
  5. Finish with a light dusting of ground cinnamon and serve immediately.
