Ingredients
  

  • 1 large frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tahin i
  • 2 Medjool dates , pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 ice cube s

Method
 

  1. Place the sliced frozen banana, tahini, pitted dates, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add ice cubes if a thicker, colder consistency is desired.
  3. Secure the lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogeneous and creamy.
  4. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure dates are fully incorporated.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
