- Place the sliced frozen banana, tahini, pitted dates, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt into a high-speed blender.
- Add ice cubes if a thicker, colder consistency is desired.
- Secure the lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely homogeneous and creamy.
- Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure dates are fully incorporated.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
