Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pure tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic , finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup warm water

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tahini paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until a thick, grainy paste forms.
  3. Add the warm water one tablespoon at a time while whisking continuously.
  4. Continue whisking until the sauce transforms from a seized texture to a smooth, pale, and creamy consistency.
  5. Adjust the consistency with additional water if a thinner drizzle is preferred and taste for final salt seasoning.
