Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, packed
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium banana , ripe
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Method
 

  1. Place the coconut water, lime juice, and Greek yogurt into the blender base.
  2. Add the packed spinach leaves.
  3. Add the banana, frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, and hemp seeds.
  4. Secure the blender lid and start processing on the lowest speed setting.
  5. Gradually increase to high speed and blend for approximately 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth.
  6. Portion into glasses and serve immediately to maintain optimal temperature and texture.
