Turkey Cheddar Lunch Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnais e
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 6 ounces thin -sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 4 thin slices of tomato

Method
 

  1. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean preparation surface.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread an even layer of the mayonnaise mixture across the entire surface of each tortilla.
  4. Arrange the turkey slices in a single layer over the bottom two-thirds of the tortilla.
  5. Place the cheddar cheese slices on top of the turkey.
  6. Distribute the shredded lettuce and tomato slices evenly over the cheese.
  7. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom edge towards the top.
  8. Secure with toothpicks if necessary and slice into 1-inch pinwheels or diagonal halves before serving.
