Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces plain naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Place naan breads on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over each naan piece, leaving a small border.
  4. Distribute the cooked chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives evenly over the sauce.
  5. Top each pizza with shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh diced cucumber and chopped dill.
