Ingredients
  

  • 100 g frozen unsweetened acai puree packet (slightly thawed)
  • 1 large frozen banana, sliced into rounds
  • 0.5 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 0.25 cup hemp -seed granola
  • 0.5 fresh banana , sliced
  • 3 large fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Run the sealed acai puree packet under warm water for 5 seconds to facilitate removal from packaging, then break the frozen block into 4 pieces.
  2. Place the acai pieces, frozen banana rounds, frozen mixed berries, and almond butter into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add exactly 0.25 cup of almond milk to the blender base.
  4. Secure the lid and insert the blender tamper. Start blending on the lowest speed setting.
  5. Immediately use the tamper to vigorously push the frozen ingredients down into the blades, maintaining a continuous vortex.
  6. Increase the speed gradually to medium-high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth but still extremely thick; stop immediately if the texture becomes liquid.
  7. Transfer the frozen base into a chilled bowl, using a silicone spatula to level the surface.
  8. Systematically arrange the granola, fresh banana slices, strawberry slices, chia seeds, and shredded coconut in parallel rows across the top.
  9. Serve immediately to maintain the structural integrity of the frozen base.
