Method
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
- Add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- Stir or shake vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated and no clumps of oats or chia seeds remain.
- Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours).
- Before serving, stir the oats once more and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
