Vitamin C Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large navel orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe kiwi , peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon hone y
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fruit by peeling and segmenting the orange and peeling the kiwi.
  2. Place the orange segments, frozen strawberries, and kiwi into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, orange juice, and honey to the blender carafe.
  4. Add ice cubes to the mixture.
  5. Secure the blender lid and process on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
